The new AMBIENTE-PASSIV wood-aluminum window by STABIL combine the natural, comfortable atmosphere of a wooden window from the inside with the ease of care and resistance to weather of an aluminum window from the outside. Wood is protected against wind and weather by a robust, indestructible aluminum shell which is mounted on a 62 mm thick foam sheet. Additionally on aluminum there are no annoying scratches and you can look forward to an extremely long life of your windows. The construction of the windows is designed in such a manner that the window with the POLARIS K glazing has the Uw-value of 0.80 W/m²K. This value is certified by Institute for passive houses DR.FEIST and is suitable for mounting to every passive house. |
